Chicken Mushroom Bake

1.5 lbs chicken tenders
1 envelope Lipton Garlic Mushroom Soup mix
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp olive or vegetable oil
1/2 cup shredded cheese (Monterey Jack or Mozzarella)
fresh mushrooms

1) Place all ingredients except cheese in baking pan
2) Bake at 375 for 25 min
3) Add cheese, bake 2 min

  1. So glad this one was labeled because the mushrooms really threw me off when I pulled it out of the freezer. LOL it looked like something that should have been on the inside of the bird. (Sorry, I am not trying to be mean... I thought it was really funny because as soon as I read the label I was good to go)
    It is in the oven now and smells awesome!

  2. This was SO good! I added a little Italian seasoning and paired it with Brown butter and Mizithra cheese. It tasted like something I would order at Spaghetti Factory!
